Description We are seeking a Programmer SQL | Visual Basic (VB) | HTML5 to join our team in Richmond, Kentucky. In this role, you will be working in the tech industry, developing, modifying, and maintaining software applications. You will also be responsible for debugging software, coordinating with teams for system integration, and creating technical documentation.Responsibilities: Develop and modify software applications using SQL, Visual Basic (VB), and HTML/HTML5/CSS Utilize your skills in SQL for effective data manipulation, retrieval, and storage Use HTML5 and CSS to build responsive and user-friendly web pages Debug software to identify and rectify any coding or system functionality issues Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient system integration Conduct system analysis to understand implementation strategies and recommend modifications or improvements Ensure quality results by performing thorough tests Create comprehensive technical documentation to guide users and provide system functionality insights Stay updated and quickly adapt to new technologies to enhance your performance and contribution to the team. Requirements Possess a minimum of three years of experience in the field of SQL Programming, Visual Basic (VB), and HTML5 Proficiency in Backend Development and Database Management Advanced knowledge and experience in CSS Familiarity with Design Controls Demonstrated expertise in HTML, including HTML5 and HyperText Markup Language Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Proficiency in Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Experience with Visual Basic Script Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug code effectively Strong understanding of coding best practices and design principles Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
